When in sleep mode, your Verizon Voice Gateway will conserve power by turning off the display and show only the LED status indicators.

Before you begin

When Sleep mode is active, the device returns to the Home screen after 30 seconds of inactivity and turns off the display screen after an additional 30 seconds.
In battery mode, the display screen automatically turns off after 10 seconds of inactivity to conserve power.

Steps

  1. From the Home screen, press the
    Center button
     to open the menu.
    Use the Up and Down buttons to navigate and the Center button to select.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
    Sleep mode
    .
  3. Press the
    Center button
     to turn on or off.
