The Device ID (IMEI) is a unique identifier for your Verizon Voice Gateway. This info is essential when troubleshooting certain issues or activating a device on your account.

Before you begin

Device details can be accessed at any time using the built-in user interface buttons.
The device info menu provides access to your mobile number, current software version and structural tracking identifiers.

Steps

  1. From the Home screen, press the
    Center button
     to open the menu.
    Use the Up and Down buttons to navigate and the Center button to select.
  2. Select
    About
     then scroll through the available device info (e.g., Model number, Your number, Software version, IMEI, etc.).
