You may need to check the SIM card number associated with your Verizon Voice Gateway if you're activating a new device, verifying account details or troubleshooting.

Before you begin

The Voice Gateway comes with a pre-installed Verizon SIM card.
You can locate the SIM card number (ICCID) on the retail box packaging or by signing in to the advanced Web UI admin page.
