Knowing the software version your Verizon Voice Gateway is running helps you check for updates, troubleshoot issues and ensure compatibility with apps.

Before you begin

The current software build can be checked at any time using the front panel interface controls.

Steps

  1. From the Home screen, press the
    Center button
     to open the menu.
    Use the Up and Down buttons to navigate and the Center button to select.
  2. Select
    About
     then scroll to the Software version.
