Accessing the admin page for your MiFi® PRO M4 lets you configure Wi-Fi or internet settings, update firmware or enhance security.

Before you begin

The admin page lets you configure advanced features and settings that can't be accessed using the touchscreen display on the device.
Establish a Wi-Fi connection between your MiFi and a device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). The Wi-Fi name and password can be obtained via the external LED.
If you need help with connecting your computer to Wi-Fi, select the applicable operating system for assistance:

Steps

  1. From the device that's connected to the MiFi, open a web page then enter
    http://my.mobilehotspot
     into the URL address field.
    Alternatively, enter
    http://192.168.1.1
     into the URL address field.
  2. Enter the admin password then click
    Log In
    .
    By default the admin and Wi-Fi passwords are the same. To verify via the device's external LED, navigate:
    Menu
    Help
    Admin Website
