To get the full experience from your new Galaxy Watch Ultra2, including accessing the Galaxy Store and Samsung Pay, you'll need to link your Samsung account.

Before you begin

A new Samsung account can't be created from the watch; however, you can sign in or create an account using your companion Android™ smartphone.
If the Samsung ID credentials can't be remembered, they can be retrieved or reset.

Sign in from the Watch

  1. From the watch screen, open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Account and backup
    .
  3. Tap
    Samsung account
     then follow the instructions to sign in.
    A new account can't be created from the watch.
    You can sign in or create an account using your companion phone.

Sign in from the Companion Phone

  1. From a Home screen on your companion phone, open the
    Galaxy Wearable app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Watch settings
    Account and backup
    .
  3. Tap
    Samsung Account
     then follow the instructions to sign in or create an account.
