Reply to an Email Message

Keep the conversation going without pulling out your phone. Learn how to easily send email replies using your Galaxy Watch Ultra2.

Before you begin

Ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on both the watch and smartphone and both devices are near you throughout the entire process.

Steps

  1. From the watch screen, open the
    Microsoft Outlook app
    .
  2. Tap the new message notification or Inbox.
  3. Review the email message then scroll down to view emails options (e.g., Archive, Reply, etc.).
  4. Tap
    Reply
     then perform one of the following:
    • Send a voice reply
      1. Tap the
        Voice icon
        .
      2. Record your custom message then tap the
        Checkmark icon
         to send.
    • Type a Message
      1. Tap the
        Keyboard icon
        .
      2. Tap the Message field.
      3. Swipe up from the bottom of the watch face to change the text input method (e.g., Write text by hand, keypad, numbers, etc.) then enter a message.
      4. Tap the
        Send icon
        .
