Perform a Gmail Sync

Adjust Gmail™ sync settings on your Google Pixel 11 / 11 Pro / 11 Pro XL to keep up with your email in real time. You can also manually update your inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Accounts and backup
    .
  3. Tap the applicable Gmail account.
  4. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  5. Tap the applicable data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) to turn on or off.
    To perform a manual sync, tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
     then tap
    Sync now
