Restarting your razr+ 2026 in Safe Mode puts it into a diagnostic state that only runs system apps so you can determine if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.

Before you begin

An alternate method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.

Steps

  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     and the
    Volume up button
     until options appear.
  2. Touch and hold
    Power off
     until 'Reboot to safe mode' appears.
  3. From the 'Reboot to safe mode prompt, tap
    OK
     to confirm.
  5. To exit Safe Mode, restart the device.
