Recover Cellular Data Account Password

If you've forgotten your password for the cellular data account on your Apple® iPad®, recovering it is necessary to maintain control over your mobile internet connection.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Cellular
    .
  3. From the Cellular Plans section, tap the
    Info icon
    .
  4. Tap
    Manage Verizon Account
    .
  5. From the Login Information screen, tap
    Forgot Password
    .
  6. Enter the required verification info then tap
    Next
    .
  7. Tap
    OK
    .
    An email with a temporary password is sent to the address on file.
  8. Enter a new passcode, re-enter then tap
    Next
