Locate the SIM PIN / PUK

If you've locked your SIM card due to too many incorrect SIM PIN entries, the My Verizon website can help you quickly find your SIM unlock PIN and Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) to regain access to your device.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as the Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:
    Account
    My devices
    Device Overview
    .
  3. Under Select a device, choose the mobile number.
  4. Select
    Device Management
     select
    PIN and Personal Unblocking Key (PUK)
     to display the default PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK).
