Running low on space or want to see how much storage you have left? Easily check and update your Verizon Cloud storage allowance from your Apple® iPhone® or iPad®.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Gear icon
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • View Cloud storage or change storage plan:
      1. Tap
        Storage & plans
        .
      2. View the storage meter.
      3. Tap
        Select plan
         below the desired plan then tap
        Change Plan
        .
      4. Tap
        OK
        .
    • Delete backed up items from device storage:
      1. Tap
        Free Up Space
        .
      2. Do one of the following:
        • To delete all the synced files, tap
          Free Up Space
          .
        • To select files individually:
          1. Tap
            Select individual files
            .
          2. Select desired files then tap
            Delete
            .
          3. Select desired files then tap
            Free Up Space
            .
          4. Tap
            Delete
             to confirm.
            To manually delete from the Recently Deleted folder, refer to Permanently Delete Photos or Videos for more info.
