Verizon Cloud - Apple - Install and Configure App

Here's how to install and configure Verizon Cloud on your iPhone or iPad.
  1. If necessary, install the Verizon Cloud app on your iPhone® or iPad®.
    Verizon Cloud supports iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4 or later.
  2. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  3. Tap
    Get Started
    .
  4. If prompted, tap
    Allow
     to grant Cloud access to device permissions.
  5. Enter your My Verizon user ID and password then tap
    Sign In
    .
    If prompted, enter the answer to the security question then tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Select the desired option(s) then tap
    Continue
    .
  7. If prompted, tap
    Register
     then follow the on-screen prompts to complete your profile.
    If you select 'Not Now', you can set up a profile later.
