Factory Data Reset (Powered On) - LG G Pad 8.3 LTE

Here's how to factory / hard reset your LG G Pad 8.3 LTE if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.

Perform a factory data reset only if necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data, and media.

Music, pictures and videoscan be backed up to a compter.

Personal data (e.g., Wi-Fi passwords, browser bookmarks, etc.) can be backed up to Google's servers.

An alternate reset method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.

Back up & reset

Tap

Factory data reset

Tap

Reset tablet

If presented, enter the current PIN / passcode or draw the unlock pattern.

Tap

Erase everything

Allow several minutes for the reboot processes to complete.

If needed, set up your device. If troubleshooting third-party apps, don't restore app data.
