Link / Unlink Contacts - LG G Pad 8.3 LTE

Your LG G Pad 8.3 LTE lets you organize your contacts based on your preference by merging the details of multiple entries or separating them.
The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g. Gmail™, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook®, new entries, etc. If contact info was joined in error, it can be separated back into individual contacts.
  1. Open the
    Contacts app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon.
  3. Navigate:
    Manage Contacts
    Join contacts
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To link contacts:
      1. From the Join Suggestion tab, tap a contact(s) to join.
      2. Tap
        Join
        .
    • To unlink contacts:
      1. Tap the
        Joined contacts tab
        .
      2. Tap
        Separate
        .
