Verizon Gift Card offer for Fios Customers FAQs

 

You can get a Verizon Gift Card when you sign up for new Fios Home Internet or TV service. A Verizon Gift Card can be used to purchase merchandise and services at stores or kiosks operated by Verizon or at Shop Verizon online. It can also be used to pay your Verizon mobile or Fios bill.

The value of the Verizon Gift Card you qualify for will be determined by the type of new Fios service you sign up for and can be found on the Verizon Gift Card tile appearing in your My Verizon account.

You can redeem your Verizon Gift Card offer 65 days after you activate your new eligible Fios Home Internet or TV service. You will then have 60 days to redeem this offer.

An email will be sent from Verizon once activation of your new Fios Home Internet or TV service is complete, with instructions on how to redeem the offer.  

You can sign in to your My Verizon Home account to find the Verizon Gift Card tile that includes the date when you are eligible to redeem the offer.

After 65 days of active Fios Home Internet or TV service, you'll have 60 days to redeem the offer.

• Sign in to your My Verizon account and to to the Home Offers page.
  
• Find and select the Verizon Gift Card tile in the Ready to Redeem section of the Home Offers page.
• On the next page, select Register and verify your email address (bookmark this page to check the delivery status of your Verizon Gift card.)
  
• Within 48 hours of redeeming the offer, you will get an email with the Verizon Gift Card.

If you can’t find the tile, either the offer has already been redeemed or you have exceeded the 60-day redemption period and the offer has expired.
