Netflix Promotion Redemption FAQs

If your recent Fios purchase included a free Netflix Subscription, here’s what you need to know:

  • To qualify, your services must be active for 60 days and your billing account must not have a past due balance. If you do not meet this requirement, you will be notified via email that you are no longer eligible for your reward.
  • We will notify you by email when it’s time to redeem your Netflix reward, approximately 65 days after your Fios service(s) are installed.
  • You’ll have easy access to a Redeem Now link on your My Verizon account upon log in.
  • Upon successful redemption, a prepaid credit for a Netflix Standard Subscription (2 Screens) for twelve months will be applied to your Netflix account.
  • Visit My Verizon Home to see if your reward is ready to redeem and follow the onscreen instructions.
  • Please be sure to redeem your Netflix promotion before the 8/31/2018 expiration date.

FAQs

  • New Netflix Customer?

    • Don’t have a Netflix Subscription? No problem. Once you qualify Verizon will send you an email when it’s time to redeem your Netflix reward.
    • Your offer redemption email will provide you with onscreen instructions to successfully set up your new Netflix Subscription.
    • You will not be asked to provide a credit card or any other form of payment at the time of Netflix registration. Your prepaid credit for a Netflix Standard Subscription (2 Screens) for twelve months will be applied to your new Netflix account.

     

  • Existing Netflix Customer?

    • If you are an existing Netflix customer choose the “Sign In” option on the Netflix site during the redemption process.
    • Customers who are billed for their Netflix account via iTunes or Google Play are not eligible to redeem this promotion*. You may cancel your iTunes or Google play billing and redeem promotional offer once current billing period has ended.

     

    * Not available to subscribers billed through iTunes or Google play unless subscriber begins a new subscription billed via alternate payment provider or via Netflix.com by 8/31/2018. See netflix.com/TermsOfUse.

  • Netflix Support

    • You can manage your Netflix account at Netflix.com/YourAccount.
    • For support and additional information on Netflix features visit Help.Netflix.com
    • You can cancel your Netflix subscription at anytime. Any remaining promotional credits will not be refunded.
    • Please contact Verizon for any issues or questions related to your promotional offer or Verizon services.

     

  • Watching Netflix

    • Watch Netflix shows and movies on your Fios TV Box, just tune to channel 838.
    • Watch anywhere, anytime, on thousands of devices.
    • Netflix streaming software allows you to instantly watch content from Netflix through any internet connected devices that offers the Netflix app, including smart TVs, game consoles, streaming media players, smartphones, or tablets.

  • Continuing Netflix

    • Netflix will send you an email 7 days prior to the end of your promotion, informing you that your promotion period is ending.
    • You can add a payment method such as credit card or debit card to continue services after the promotion.
    • If payment method is not added, Netflix services will be cancelled.
