Frontier Fiber plans (excluding Frontier Fiber 2 Gig) installed before August 2026 are subject to a prorated $100 Early Termination Fee (ETF) if canceled within the first 12 months. If a Visa Reward Card was redeemed with the plan, the ETF will instead equal the prorated value of that card upon cancellation during months 1–12.
