  • FiOS Digital Voice Calls are Being Directly Routed to Voice Mail Some calling features will cause your FiOS® Digital Voice calls to be routed directly to your Voice Mail:
    • Call Forwarding to the Voice Mail access number
    • Scheduled Call Forwarding to the Voice Mail access number
    • Do Not Disturb feature is active and sending callers to Voice Mail
    You can check to see if these calling features are turned on by signing in to the FiOS Digital Voice Account Manager where you can turn the features off.

    If your calls are still routed to your Voice Mail, contact Verizon Technical Support.
