Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Had to upgrade due to my old one not updating any longer. This new one is faster but seems to have all of the same features my old one did. I don’t really notice any difference other than the speed.

Never received iPad, for over 10 days I have been dealing with various support agents with no one seemingly able to remove the iPad from my account

Keeps crashing has been this way since brand new Verizon refused to do anything for me as well as my iPhone 14 Pro Max and my last iPhone 13 Pro Max all have had so many issues , I would not recommend Apple anymore or Verizon because service hugely declined
