Horrible Verizon Resource Management

I returned this item less than 24 hours back to Verizon and it has been more almost 2 weeks and Verizon is still charging me for the iPad and is still on my bill and Verizon account.

Great functionality! Not sure I like the home swish. Change in email hard to get used to. Generally like the phone, just getting used to the changes!
