Have to be a genius to transfer from one iPad to this one.

This is a nice iPad. HOWEVER it takes a genius to get it to transfer apps and icons. I followed the directions and many of my apps and icons needed to be deleted and added again. Many of which wouldn’t function properly when being used. I visited the Verizon store and they couldn’t figure it out either. They ended up saying that there was a glitch in the last update.

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on iPad mini (A17 Pro) and iPad models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or U.S.), as an iPadOS 18 update. Additional features and Chinese (Simplified), English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish language support available in early April, with more languages coming over the course of the year, including Vietnamese. Some features may not be available in all regions or languages.
Wi-Fi 6E available in countries and regions where supported.

Great upgrade from 2016 iPad Air. Slightly larger space. I do miss the home button, yet am learning to swipe up. Battery doesn't seem to hold as long as mentioned in product reviews.

I was under the impression it would have Face ID and it does not. Over all it’s a good iPad. Just super inconvenient to have to use my finger print or type my code in.
