From their rating system, I was expecting a used product in excellent condition when I went with their "Great" condition. I didn't expect the iPad that came in to be in immaculate condition, practically new with zero cycle on the battery. There's probably some luck to it but I have talked to another person who also got a similar condition from their order from Verizon. The only thing that would have elevated the experience would have been if it came with the original Apple box, even if the original box was damaged or blemished, it would have been much better than the generic, basically throwaway, shipping box it came in. It wasn't a necessity, but one of those nice to have. The iPad itself is amazing. The screen is the best aspect. The OLED screen is vibrant and the inky black is satisfying, promotion makes things nice and smooth. It's quick and powerful, I definitely won't need a replacement in a very long time. Mine came with cellular. I cancelled it after I got it. I didn't find it that useful as it was very slow compared to the wifi. I could have just been the basic plan that I was on which probably had low priority. Canceling it was simple enough, you will have to contact customer service for them to get it disconnected, you can not do that through your user dashboard.

Although this was listed as "Good" condition, I had lower expectations, lower battery capacity, several deep scratches, but I was very surprised at how good condition it is and it was charged once, giving a very good value to this iPad, at a fraction of a literal new iPad several hundred dollars more. I loveeee the OLED

I have no idea how good the device is because I never got it. Verizon screwed up my order by sending the wrong contact info to UPS so I could not digitally sign for it. I had someone at home but UPS would not deliver without a signature, which I could not give because the 2FA contact info Verizon gave UPS was wrong.
