I was sent the wrong product so I had to take time out of my day to take it back to UPS. I'm still waiting for the new item to arrive. I certainly hope I'm not already paying for it.

I received the Ipad and was told it was another customer and i should have received the 11". I returned the iPad as instructed and have yet to receive the replacemnt

It was returned and I'm still being billed for it. I was promised to get the same iPad with no strings or having to be activated through Verizon for free and they asked me to send it back. They were unable to activate it. Still can't get help.

Hello. The Customer Loyalty staff accidentally sent a different iPad and asked me to promptly return it. I did and have not received the iPad that I was told I’d receive. I am disappointed that something supposed to be positive has been negative.

The iPad Pro 13-inch itself is an excellent device, but my experience purchasing it through Verizon was poor. The activation and cellular setup process was frustrating, and the support experience did not meet expectations for a premium product. For a device this expensive, the process should be clear, smooth, and properly supported from the start. Instead, it created unnecessary stress and wasted time. I would recommend buying directly from the Apple Store instead, especially if you want a cleaner setup experience and better product support.

I really like the latest M5 IPad. Screen is gorgeous. Not been really able to test battery life but it seems fine. Very light and easy to use. Very quick processing so nearly no lag at all.

Watch out for scams.

This item was part of a scam. The product was returned to store. Some how the scammers were able to get into the account and order 3 items. Then they called with a spoofed phone number that was the verizon customer service number. They then sent me to the Fraud department, which had a caller id of 'UNKNOWN'. This person told me that the process takes 72 hours, which is the time to receive the product. They kept in touch each day. Then when the product came, they sent me labels to return the product. At this point I went to the verizon store, the address of the label was not a verizon warehouse. We saved the day, be smart.

Product design is fantastic, and the features are also great. The standby time for this iPad is amazing! I can have it on all night on standby and it only uses about 1% of battery due to the new M5 chip.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

If you are a heavy iPad user then this is a must. Love the way the new screen displays my videos and photos. The M5 chip has really improved on the iPads speed. I would highly recommend getting more storage than you think you will need. The new iPad is thinner and lighter than previous models so carrying around in a backpack is easier. The Cellular version from Verizon has great connection to the 5G network and overall it is much faster than the older models.

The iPad is not designed to be used as a cellular phone. It does maintain a cellular data connection, for internet access away from Wi-Fi. Where you can use Facetime or other video/internet based communication apps. -John
