We're sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with the Cloud app. We do know that the Cloud app is preinstalled on the phone. You can find it by going to the Menu and selecting the Media Center. If you would still like to try to use it, contact our customer support team at 1-800-349-4478, or through our support page kyoceramobile.com/contactus/support/, and we will assist you. There are also other ways to transfer contacts to your new phone. You can transfer them from your old phone using Bluetooth. Or, you can import them in a VCF file.

Thank you for the positive feedback about the quality, performance, and ruggedness of DuraXV Extreme+. When this phone was first launched, its predictive text entry did not work like T9 and we received a lot of constructive comments about how to improve it. After developing and testing enhancements to the feature, we released a software update which enabled text entry similar to T9 which has received a lot of positive feedback. You can enter this text entry mode when in a text entry field by pressing the Left Soft Key and selecting Prediction. Please make sure your phone is running software version 1.300VZ or higher. Yes, DuraXV Extreme+ has a contact app and a contact database. You can transfer your contacts to the phone from another phone using Bluetooth. Or, you can import your contacts in a VCF file.

Does this phone have redial capabilities? Also, how do I delete recent changes I have made in Settings? Thanks.
On DuraXV Extreme+, you can redial the previous number by pressing the Send key twice or from Call History. There is no way to specifically delete the most recent changes you have made in Settings, however, you can reset the phone completely to the factory default. This will reset all of the Settings and it will also erase all of your data. (There is an option to erase the SD card, too.) You can do this in Settings > Phone settings > Reset phone. When it asks for the code, enter the last four digits of your phone number unless you have changed the code to something else. Then follow the instructions.
Yes, you can redial from the call history and if you need to reset the phone back to factory settings, a reset can be done.
