I've had this watch for over a yr now. It was brand new when I got. The battery was good, I got 6-7hrs of charge a day. Now if I'm lucky, I'll get 2 to 2 and halfs of battery. I haven't changed anything since I got it. This watch was cheap when I got. For spending that much for this watch and for it to last 2 hrs a day is pretty ridiculous. This is very disappointing! The past watches I've had Samsung. And loved it! Now I'm going to switch to another brand. This is ridiculous!

Had this watch for almost 6 months and still can't figure out how to play my music from my phone without having to actually play it through my phone and use it as a remote. Attaching the band is difficult to do and the battery doesn't last. Overall I do not like it.

I received this watch with a promotional deal at a Verizon store when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. At first it was ok but had some glitches to it, which I could handle, but then the battery would drain after about 10 minutes from 100 percent to 80 percent. This was with no display on the watch and nothing running in the background. I am now going to contact Asurion and see what they can do. Hopefully send a new one, but as I have read the other reviews here, it doesn't look like it will be any different then the rest of them and will still have the battery issue. I wish I could trade it for a newer one with battery life. I use it for work, so I am very disappointed. Samsung needs to do better with their products! I may have to switch to Apple!

The galaxy 6 is my very first smart watch. It took me 2 days to get this watch paired with my phone. After spending over an hour on the phone with Verizon tech support it still wouldn't work. So she made me an appointment at my local Verizon store the next night for in person set up. I spent the rest of the day and next say playing with it until it finally paired with my phone! Then my watch kept saying it wanted to update but I couldn't get the update to finish. Let me tell you one hour before my appointment I finally got the update to finish and got my watch up and running. What a freaking nightmare of a process that was. But it's working so I canceled my appointment. Now it's working great. I have a cellular plan on it. It's so great to go for long walks without bringing my cellphone along. It gets texts and phone calls without my phone being close by. Love that. I really got it for the tap and pay feature which works great. Battery life is good. But the updates really drain the battery. I don't sleep with my watch on. I wear it maybe 12 hours a day and by the time I take its only drained to 83%. I don't use it for fitness but it tracks how many steps i take. I don't think it's accurate at all but I haven't counted with the watch so take that with a grain of salt. It also has my calander and the weather app that I use quite a bit. I have my home security system notification set up on my watch. So when my front door opens or my cameras detect motion u get the notifications on my watch. Oh I also put find my car app and Google maps on there. So far I'm loving this watch. I do recommend it. Hopefully u have an easier time setting it up then I did!
