I bought the Orbic speed mobile hotspot to run my cameras, it won't connect. I've used other hotspots and they hook up right away but not this one. I've looked online and will try some of the suggestions if that doesn't work I will send it back.

This is my third one. The first one died after about a year and I lost the second one. It provides me with wifi . The batteries are a weak point.

For such a small device, it works wonderfully for our Internet, including a smart TV. It took a bit to figure it out, but with unlimited data, it does what it's supposed to do. Because we are retired and home most of the time, we have it in use all day, everyday.

I am interested in a hot spot...is there a return policy or period where I can test the unit? If I am unsatisfied after a week, may I return for refund on device and service?
