poor quality phone with defective charger

Phone is not of high quality. The charger did not work and the cable did not fit easily into the phone.

this phone is junk, We had to upgrade from 3g. Not that we wanted to, but this phone will not hold a charge for even a day!!!!!! My husband never uses it so the battery should use should stay. Only got for emergency use.

I got this free due to the 4g upgrade. My 3g worked fine. Now i get no signal. Can't call out or receive calls. Can't send text or receive. So much for helping your customers who just wanted a simple phone for the car. Even when i go into the city i get nothing. I guess it is all about the money and getting a smartphone that i won't use that much.

You must download the user guide and print. But what prints out is a 3.5”x2.5” “page” with MICROSCOPIC words. So I just wasted 52, yes, 52 pieces of paper and INK. And still don’t know how to program phone.

you would be able to tranfer using a USB cord connection to computer or by SD card from another device. This device is not wifi capable. -Kaye
