For such a small device, it works wonderfully for our Internet, including a smart TV. It took a bit to figure it out, but with unlimited data, it does what it's supposed to do. Because we are retired and home most of the time, we have it in use all day, everyday.

SIM card didn't work in new ORBIC. Orbic only worked after replacing with SIM card from old ORBIC

Very slow compare to our old unit. Settings don’t hold when changed. Pretty disappointed that we upgraded.

It’s in size it’s bigger than the one I had. The other one was small, but he liked that one too, but now he has this other one and it’s faster for him

Orbic devices are terrible. Don’t waste your money. It’s still 4G. I pay $65.00 a month for the Orbic that I purchased in the store. They can find were I purchased it. So they are charging me twice. Then another fee to have 4G. You need to turn the device off when you’re not using it. If not, even if the television is off. It will still use your data. When you have used your 4G. Forget using it again until you monthly renewal date. You can’t watch anything. The worst device I’ve ever had.

Was a bit dificult getting the password. Once I got it everything was good. Screen is small and hard to read.

This thing is terrible. Period. Will not charge up. Has to be reset constantly and data is gone in minutes without a device connected to it. Ridiculous. Returning.
