The battery would drain and need charged several times a day. The connection was terrible. Worse than my phone hotspot. You had to place it next to whatever device you were attempting to connect in order to use it. Good luck if you had 2 things running at once. It took forever to download anything. Coverage was basically nonexistent and even on 5G the visuals were blurred, I couldn’t open more than one window on my laptop. I purchased this as a backup because I work from home and it was useless. I contacted Verizon and they verified that the unit was defective. While the representative was nice, I’m just over these call centers. I’m over the AI bot that you have to get through in order to speak to a human being.

Same as the one we replaced. Battery life lasts maybe an hour. But if you leave it plugged in it warnes about battery life.

Our home wifi absolutely lost all connectivity to the backside of our house. So now we use this device to keep gaming on Black Ops and below for 2 people, and this device works for us both! Can't wait to try it out and about.
