I haven't received the phone since I placed my order on Aug 28th. I've called & chatted with customer service to determine why the order has not shipped even though I requested 2 day service, which should have been delivered within that time frame even after a holiday. Customer service has offered me several incentives to correct the problem, but it doesn't help not being able to contact a family member who is disabled. We still need a phone. I did receive the case for the phone from a separate order, but that's useless at this point.

The battery life sucks the phone was for my 5 year old and it just doesn’t hold battery much

So far good phone delivery is a major issue

So far the phone is good. My issue was more with its delivery. I paid extra to have it delivered in 24 hours by FedEx. It turned up three days later. Also I spent over an hour on the phone with a very helpful person at Verizon address of delivery changed and it ultimately arrived at the original address even though I had been assured that it would go to the new address
