Phone nice, settings DIFFICULT

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This phone is a necessity to prevent exceeding insurance claims. However it has been very difficult to get the settings of the phone, especially for display, to “take” such as losing the yellowed display that was due to some strange interpretation of color balance done by what is probably color blind AI. Initial setup of the phone did not import settings from previous android phone. After 2 weeks of fighting with settings, I still want to return the phone, or get a replacement, but the one ordered when phone was 3 days old still has not arrived. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and not sure I should stay.

Perfect for the Harshest Conditions

I bought this to replace my 6-yo Kyocera Duraforce Pro2 with Saffire Shield. My old phone still works fine, I just wanted to get something as rugged and durable but with the newest OS and features. This Kyocera Duraforce Pro3 meets all my expectations for durability in the extreme conditions I use my gear, and exceeds my earlier phone with much improved performance, speed, screen brightness, ease of use (even with gloves), and significantly improved connectivity and battery life. I also love, love, love the return of a removable battery because I can now carry a spare battery for those circumstances where I’m far from charging options. Though this is technically “last years” model (2023), I highly recommend buying it online directly. Yes, it is pricey, but you’ll definitely get what you pay for with this unit. If you work outside in the harshest weather like I do, the Kyocera Duraforce line will certainly meet your requirements.

This was my third Duraforce after two terrific phones. The Pro 3 was garbage. The camera didn't work and transferring data from my old phone was impossible Very disappointing...has to send the garbage back .

How many chips does this phone support

Assuming that you are referring to the number of SIM cards, DuraForce PRO 3 supports a physical SIM card and an eSIM. The eSIM can be loaded electronically via the network.
