I thought I was upgrading from my S21 to the S23 plus. Instead I have a battery that stays drained and random pop ups all over my screen. I can not even get a full day out of my battery. I sometimes work 12 hour days and will have a full battery when I start my day and by the end of my day I have 5% left. These random pop up advertisements, pop up randomly for no reason. It looks like it is from the Samsung internet, which I don't even use and have everything blocked from it. Yes, I have pop ups disabled. I have seen on other comment boards that this is a common issue. I am about to return it and switch to an iPhone if this doesn't get resolved.

I like the S23 + but was upset that 4 days after i got it i saw the same commercial to trade in a samsung but this time for the s24. I specifically asked the guy at verizon when it was coming out and he told me not until later this year. I felt a bit mislead.
