I had an extremely difficult time getting my S23 and when it came it did work and I had trouble getting my second line for my brother. I went back into the store and they gave me a S24 for myself and my brother.

I am not happy with the service of this person who suggested the phone I have. First of all he has me running around getting the phone open. The other worker suggested go to geek squad. Now this person didn't follow my request to have a password and finger print on my phone. Also GPS isn't staying on. So now I am going to the other Verizon to get someone who has knowledge of what I want.

It's ok, I miss my old Motorola though. This new phone has more features but I'm only using a 1/4 of them. Verizon doesn't carry Motorola phones in the store I went to.
