Hi. Thank you for sharing. Your device is running on Android OS, which may have updates available. To save on DATA, connect your phone to the internet via your home WiFi and check for System Updates. When done, go to Google Play Store to check for apps update periodically too. This will keep your phone performing well. Best regards, KevinCrashes constantly, Ok for calls and text

Dear Bella, sorry about that. Your phone is running on Google Android Operating System and the apps should be functioning properly. When not, please check your device for any app update in Google Play Store. Simply open the Google Play Store app > go to your profile menu and Manage apps & device > Updates available. Tap to see the available updates. Periodically, the updates from the app developer is made available through the Google Play Store. Updating them will help keep your apps running properly. Be sure to update using your home Wi-Fi internet connection rather than your cellular data service depending on your data plan. Hello. Let me help. The phone does have hotspot/tethering feature. Simply go to Settings > Network & internet > Tethering & Mobile Hotspot > and then enable Mobile Hotspot. Keep in mind that when you share your internet, you will be using data service. As for apps that crash, check for app update in Google Play Store. - KevinNot Recommend

Hello Miko. Thank you for sharing. Please feel free to contact supports at TCL or Verizon for assistance. Here is a few self-check tips. If you are not seeing good signal on the phone status bar, you may not be getting cellular service. Check your surroundings for any interference and move to a different location. This device supports the Verizon 4G LTE and roaming on 3G UMTS or GSM. If 4G LTE service is weak or not available, you may need to connect via Wi-Fi with internet access. Wi-Fi Calling may be enabled or disabled on your phone. The Wi-Fi connection is normally from your home internet provider. The other option is to enable Roaming. It is enabled by default but it can be turned off. Please check your plan on Roaming charge first. This means that your device will connect to other available signal when 4G LTE is not available.
