I’ve had these for a little over a year now and my other beats headphones are GREAT and a fraction of the cost but these, don’t fit my ears well, don’t stay in and disconnect randomly then either reconnect or I have to manually do it myself. It’s very frustrating because I’ve been a beats fan and it’s all I’ve ever purchased since they first came out but these are awful. Not worth the cost and don’t hold up as well other Beats products.

Love these! I had to purchase a new pair because I lost the first pair I had so this was a repeat purchase. The fit is perfect for my ears and I love that it has the noise canceling and the sound quality is pretty great as well.

I received order missing one earbud I called customer service there is a case number that was to be reconciled by the 17th but I have not heard anything.

They have a great sound but not very functional other than music, they whole earpiece is a little bulky and uncomfortable in my ear and don't fit well I don't use them as often as I would like just because they are big and don't fit in my ear well

I returned these and never received a refund. Got multiple messages on chats with verizon promising a refund and even after that the last time I spoke with them they wanted proof of tracking despite that they themselves sent a confirmation the package was on its way back. They didn’t sound as good as airpods pro

Had 2 sets of Beats Fit Pro buds. With BOTH sets the left bud 1st loses its ability to charge, 2nd it loses sound & 3rd it squeals w/ a huge amount of feedback like when a microphone gets too close to speakers. 1st set lasted 14mo, 2nd 6mo. Why?
