The charger is fine if a bit pricy. The issue is the return policy for Verizon between corporate and franchise stores. They sell different products and it's a real hassle to return something. I had to go to 3 separate locations and finally get on with customer support to get a replacement charger (I bought the original 2 states away, they told me to go back there). I refuse to bludgeon them with a bad review but they should revisit the convenience of the return policy. Punishes customers. Quite frankly I was so annoyed by this interaction that I was really close to changing out my 4 cell phones, home internet, mobile hotspot out of principal before a well meaning customer service person got involved.
