I’ve been hearing a crackling noise when it’s in low sound I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. Going to return it.

I purchased this Bose 700 Bass Module to supplement a recently purchased Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar. It delivers exceptional bass. I have been a Bose customer since 1976 and have multiple Bose products also both of my vehicles are Bose equipped. Exceptional products.

Great buy, it sounds amazing the only thing I don't like is the remote control on the sound bar ultra. Needs a better remote. The application is nice

Got this 2 weeks back and the bass is amazing. I have Klipsch 400 W and I think Bose engineering and design is far ahead in terms of aesthetics and crisp and clarity in bass. kudos to the design and engineering team!!

The Bose 700 Bass Module sounds AMAZING when it's cranked up for a movie night, I literally feel it in my chest.
I feel that it loses it's presence at lower volumes. I purchased two Bose Smart Ultra soundbars and two Bose Bass Modules 700's for two tv rooms. One room is much larger than the other, but my experience with both is the same, the bass driver needs more punch at lower volumes. I'm probably being nitpicky here, and I'm probably a little tone deaf at these frequencies from working in aviation, but my kids say the same thing. At reduced volumes we often put our hands on the top of it to "feel" if it's working or not.

I purchased this about 4 weeks ago and, paired with the ultra sound bar, it's made a great improvement to our listening experience. Am anticipating the next generation of rear surround speakers, as the 700 series doesn't quite match the quality of the sound bar and bass module.
