I have had the Quiet Comfort Ultra Earbuds for a few weeks. I love the sound quality as well as the noise cancelling and immersive features. Sound quality is outstanding for both listening to music as well as podcasts. Earbuds fit well in the ear and are comfortable. After a few minutes, I don't even realize they are in. Bose has done an outstanding job again!

Buds don't charge in the case after a month

I bought this more than a month ago and it was working fine, but last 2 weeks the buds are not charging in the case. If after a call battery drops to 80% then it remains the same even if the buds are in the case overnight. I have to charge the case everyday for the buds battery to hit 100%.
I need support to either replace or fix this, request Bose team to reach out and solve.

2 weeks using the product the earbuds the wear function is not very aware. It can hardly hear you. But then I wish I could hear better with them as far as using them for music telephone calls the great. I don't know what else you want to use them for I but it's it's so it's not as good as what I was expecting but overall I'm happy with them. I look forward to Future technologies that will with the aware function. I'd like to be able to hear everything around me the noise cancellation for outside noise is great. So it's I don't know I would call it a 85% excellent percentage.

However, if your phone is set up to read text messages aloud, the audio will be transmitted to the earbuds when they are connected.
