I don’t have internet on two of my devises. I can’t find a Verizon that is open to fix this problem. No voice mail set up either after over an hour at your shop!

Phone case cracked after being dropped. While trying to get case off liquid got onto clothes. I woke up at 2 am with a chemical burn on my stomach. Dangerous to people and children.

Bought the case for my daughter at Verizon and less than a year later, without being dropped, the liquid inside of it started to leak out and ruined the phone. Neither Verizon nor Case-Mate will take responsibility for the case destroying the phone. Awful case, awful service.
Unique glow in the dark waterfall

I purchased the glow in the dark purple waterfall case for my new gold iPhone XS Max and I love the simplicity of the case, the waterfall glow in the dark feature seen through the clear case and the projected durability (drop tested for 10 feet). The Verizon website only describes this case as 'purple' but it is actually the glow in the dark purple. I had to exchange out the first case I received since one of the side buttons did not work but was able to do the exchange at a local Verizon store rather than needing to use the online store even though I had originally purchased it online.
