Unique glow in the dark purple waterfall feature

I purchased the purple waterfall case for my new gold iPhone XS Max and I love the simplicity of the case, the GLOW IN THE DARK purple waterfall feature seen through the clear case and the projected durability (drop tested for 10 feet). The first case I received from Verizon online did not work correctly as one of the side buttons would not activate the phone's button correctly; however, I was able to easily exchange it at a local Verizon store and the new case worked appropriately.

As much as I loved the Purple Waterfall case, the buttons on the case did not align with the phone buttons, making the phone buttons unusable with the case on. Went to Verizon to swap out the case for a new one and had the same exact issue. If CaseMate identifies and corrects the issue, I will definitely buy again because it is a beautiful case, especially with the Silver iPhone XS Max!
