All this thing does is "washing mop". It spends more time "washing mop" than actually cleaning the floor.
And creating the floor map.... I wish if I can draw it for it, perhaps then it would know

Doesn't detect carpet properly, auto washes mop after just vacuuming, poor support already

I'm thinking I may have to return this. You get what you pay for maybe. It was on smart mode and was putting very little water down on my tile flooring on the first mop attempt. I found out through reddit/r/eufy that once you select to clean a room, before going to start, disable smart mode then set the preferences for the rooms then. You have to do this each time you clean manually! Dumb that it can't be set in the maps.

Positives
1) Mopping function is great. 2) vacuum function is great. 3) Base station is very nicely set up. 4) mapping of the house is accurate. 5) app takes time to get used to but once someone figures it out it gets easy to use.
Negetives
1) vacuum doesn't clean very well next to the wall. misses a lot of debris.
2) floor washing is the same, doesn't get close enough to do effective job.
Improvements
1) sweeping setup more like the Roomba's.
2) a more rounded vacuum so that the mopping rags would get closer to the wall or larger rags that stick out further.
