Verizon no longer stocks this item. So my kid's watch is useless. I have called and tried to find this item but am told "it is not in stock, check back in two weeks".
All that being said, Verizon has made darn sure they are continuing to charge me my monthly fee for this bricked device. I asked if they could pause payments until they have it in stock and they told me know. I could only cancel and then hope to restart (with all the activation fees and little charges of course) on a future date.
Save yourself the hassle. Don't get this device or the watch.

The charger broke after 1 month, and it’s $20 for a replacement. I wish there was a way that my kids friends could text, but not be a caregiver and see the location feature.

Breaks to often and is proprietary so you. Have to pay twice the price of what you can get on Amazon for 2 chargets for a previous model..

While the watch generally works well, after a month, of use, there are a million small scratches to the watch face. The GPS feature only works about 15% and the rest of the time it’s grossly in inaccurate.
The worst feature is the charger and the policy supporting it. Again, after a month-long use, the charger no longer works rendering the watch inoperable because it died. Verizon offers no help because we were just outside the 30-day window. So, it’s okay for this device to break after 32 days, but not 30.
I repeat do not buy the Gizmo Watch, largely due to the useless charger. If you do, don’t buy the $20 charger when it inevitably breaks, just go to Amazon and get the 2-pack for $8.99 (at the time of me writing this review 2/10/25)

The shopping experience was adequate especially considering it’s the holiday season. When we got the charger home, although it said it was capstone and we were told it was compatible with the model of Gizmo watch that we have, it was not and had to be returned.

Doesn't work with Gizmo 3 with 4-prong traditional charging port on back of watch. Buyer beware! This item is not marketed correctly for use.

Hi Mr. Bean. You are correct that this wireless charger does not work with Gizmo Watch 3. The wireless charger is compatible only with the Gizmo Watch 3 - Adventure model. Is this charger suitable for a Gizmo watch 3? (regular, not the adventure)

No, this charger is only suitable for the Gizmo Watch 3 Adventure. You will need a Magnetic pogo pin charger specifically made for the regular Gizmo series. -Red
