When I got these, first thing the app wanted me to do was check which size of the 3 earpieces fit my ears. Medium felt good to me but app said it was not adequate for noise cancelling after running the test. Said to change to large, for which it reran the test and said it was perfect, so I kept the large ones on. As I used them, the sound quality was good but on a call, I was told I sounded far away and hard to hear. Then the bad thing happened.. I have only had these 2 weeks. Multiple times I noticed I kept having to push them back down in my ear - couldn't hear the audio of what I was listening to and it was all the way up, so they were slowly coming out of my ears. Touching them to do this would then activate random things like pausing my video or other things. Today I turned my head outside to say something to someone. One completely popped out, rolled onto the busy street in front of an oncoming bus, who ran over it with all wheels. It now doesn't fit in the case, case won't close, and the other one which was unscathed, doesn't work.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

These ear buds are the best. I accidentally washed the case and both buds in the washing machine. We then unknowingly dried them for a whole cycle. I thought they would be ruined. To my surprise, they work perfectly! They take and hold a charge, all the functions work properly, and there are no weird sounds. It's amazing. Thank you for making a superior product. 5 stars from me all day long!

Unknown....product lost between FedEx label being made and leaving warehouse....Verizon and FedEx have no idea where it is. Cancelled order, waiting for credit to Verizon account to show up....

Work great, but doesn't fit one ear.

They're good headphones, the fit my right ear perfect, but fall out of my left ear. I've changed sizes, and they still fall out. I've never had head phones fall out like this. I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the left ear issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know what? I’m an avid iPhone user & I loved these! Their noise cancellation & transparency modes are amazing! I couldn’t hear anything going on around me in active noise cancellation mode. The battery life is ridiculously long, the clearness on the phone is amazing, & it charges wirelessly on my MagSafe charger, where AirPods should go. Tbh if you have an iPhone, I wouldn’t run out & switch but, I wouldn’t turn my noise up at a free set either. The only downside with an iPhone vs an Android is that you can’t use them across devices easily & you can only do so much to alter the settings because google doesn’t really have an app on iPhone to control it. You can alter the settings a bit in the Apple Music app settings like EQ, Bass, etc & a bit in the accessibility settings but that’s it. They say you can download google assistant app to control some settings but I think that just helps with the “Hey Alexa” function instead of “Hey Siri.” Either way, I didn’t have a pair of AirPods & these will work just fine instead.

The noise cancellation works so perfectly that I scared myself when I took of one of the buds from my ears lol The battery is good, the sound is good. The only thing that I missed was a charger, it came without one, but I’ve using for hours and it still have battery on it!

How close do these have to be to the connected device?
