JBL never fails to impress in terms of its audio products like the JBL live beam 3 which are absolutely amazing especially since it’s super cool that you can customize everything using a tiny screen on the case , so when I found these headphones on sale , I said why not? These a re a really good buy for the money if you get a good deal and are a really good upgrade over the JBL live 660NC which I also have . The noise cancellation is amazing , the battery life is also really good too and the amount of customization you can do on these headphones is also really good with the JBL app . Honestly a pretty good buy if you want to get an everyday pair of headphones but you have can actually afford something better than the budget oriented JBL tune line of headphones .

Sound is good, battery lasts long, noise cancellation is decent. Love the audio equalizer and features in the app. This is all useless when the ear pads cause contact dermatitis and I can't wear them (650nc didn't have an issue, but both these and the 660nc do for me). I googled this and evidently there are tons of people and deep threads on Reddit that have this issue from several pairs of JBL headphones and earbuds and JBL won't acknowledge the issue and supposedly ask customers to sign NDA'S to refund them for their purchase. If you have to have these, you can probably buy 3rd party ear pads that are hypoallergenic, but you might have a bad rash/reaction similar in appearance and symptoms to a bad reaction from poison ivy.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
They are comfortable! I think they could go a little louder. A case for them and not a bag would have been better. I like the noise canceling. The app is very helpful!

I've had these headphones for a few days. The battery life is awesome even with ANC on. The sound and comfort are better than any other over the ear headphones I've tried. Even some with a higher price point.

Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue, please make sure that your JBL Live 770NC as the output device. We also recommend refreshing the Bluetooth on your PC settings. Make sure the airplane mode is off. Next, turn the Bluetooth on and off. Lastly, remove the Bluetooth device, then add it again. No way to turn off/turn down system sounds. There is no option to modify start up sound for the jbl live 770 from the app. These system sounds are REALLY loud.

Not noise cancelling as I hoped

I bought these for an event where the decibels reached over 130. Even with the noise cancelling on, it was still unbearably loud, albeit muffled. With all the hype and expense of these, I was hoping for true noise cancelling. At lower decibels, I can still hear everything as normal. I have very sensitive ears and need something to cancel noise, which I thought, I don’t know, noise cancelling headphones would do.

I had previous JBL headphones I loved and received the Live 770NC for Christmas in 2023. They have been my favorite since. The battery life advertised holds true and I would also add that the headphones don't lose battery life sitting unused. I've had them last a month on one charge when I wasn't using them daily.
