Excellent-sounding earbuds! The sound is full and clear. My favorite feature is that I can put my own photo on the interactive screen. There are other customization features that let me change the sound profile to my preferences. After using them for hours while shopping, the earbuds still showed 82%. They charge quickly, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Charging case is total crap. I can wear the ear buds for an hour slap them back in the case and once charged to 100 percent case now reads it's only 50 percent charged. I don't even use the touch screen cause it just drains the battery even more. I can charge everything to 100 percent and take them with me and go to put them in and the case has drained to 80 percent with not even using them. To say you can get 40 hours out of the case is a lie. Used my buds on and off for about 4 to hours the other day and by the time I went to bed the case was down to 7 percent. I'm assuming this might be a malfunction with the case or are other people experiencing the same thing! I wanna keep them cause they sound amazing, stay in my ear, and love the customized app, but because of the case I will be returning them.

Just got the JBL Live Buds 3 the other day! I’ve been using Apple AirPods Pro 2 and Beats Powerbeats Pro for several years but because of outdated firmware issues with no updates, it has left me with two useless pair of earbuds so I bought these JBL earbuds. I am shocked at how awesome these new buds are compared to Apple and Beats! These JBL’s are 100 times way better than any buds I’ve used! The ANC is top notch and the transparency mode is actually useful for my work environment. Super rich bass with these earbuds and loud and clear. I can’t even max out the volume with these. Apple and Beats both, I had to max out the volume to get the sound levels I needed. These JBL’s are the perfect earbuds for those who spend time in the gym and wear their headphones majority of the day. Very comfy fit and feels like there’s nothing in my ears. If you wear large gauge earrings like me, these are the best fit for your ears too. Don’t sleep on these JBL Live Buds 3! You will be 110% satisfied with their performance! Thank you JBL for the absolute best earbuds I’ve ever had! I am a bit of a headphone snob and I promise you will absolutely love these buds!

I have had them fir about 3 weeks. The sound is really good but they do not last 10 hours. I got about 5 hours each time I have used them. I first tried with noise canceling on and then I tried it with it off and I might have gotten another 39 mins. I am a more than a little disappointed. I was hoping to get at least 8 hrs. Your specifications are misleading.

If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds have a lot of usable features. They fit great in my ear. When I take one out the audio will pause until I hit play again or put the bud back in. This works well for me as I often take one earbud out to listen to someone talking to me. This way I don’t miss anything and have to go back on my music/podcast. The noise canceling is great for coffee shops or flight. It is some of the best I’ve used yet. The ambient aware is always helpful for when working out and running. I found the case to be a very helpful interface to make any adjustments to the buds instead of using an app. It works seamlessly. Plus, I just don’t feel like opening up another app if I don’t have to. There are the standard tap of the buds that are good for pausing or changing some minor settings. The wireless charging of the case works great with any pad type charger I have used. One of the most important features (to me anyways) is call quality. The call quality is great for car, around the house, or meetings. This is important when I can’t set up my mic for a meeting and want something to connect quick. This is my go-to set in general and certainly for calls. All of these feature would be meaningless unless the sounds is there. I found the sound to be great especially being able to change from vocal to bass to studio depending on what I am listening to. I enjoy good sound.

The only thing i dont like isnthe fact that the buds are so dificult to grab from the case, but once i put them on, somethimes i forget i have them on. Totally recomend them.

I find the noise cancellation satisfactory when i meditate but then i can change the awareness level when im at the gym to hear my surroundings. I am very impressed with the sound quality and the opportunity to change the sound settings in any fashion i wish. I did find it a bit challenging to link the buds to numerous devices and also the initial link to my iPhone. I really enjoy the mini touchscreen and the fact that I don’t need my phone to access features available on the touch screen plus it’s just really cool to have a touchscreen on an ear buds case. It definitely sets JBL apart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. First off, I have never seen such a fancy bud case. This thing is amazing! The case charges your buds, and it is small enough to carry in your pocket. You can personalize your case by changing the photo on front. You can choose what type of music you are listening to, to adjust the sound of your buds. The JBL Live Buds 3 have a quality sound like no other. You can hear and feel the bass, without the loudness and hurting in your ears. They adjust well and stay in place. The only thing I would change is that they don’t connect to more than one device. It would be nice to connect them to my headphones so hubby and I could listen to the same music.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Live Buds 3 impress with their well-rounded performance. The Active Noise Cancelling is a standout feature on these ear buds. It effectively reduces common background noise, making them great for blocking out coffee shop hum and did especially well during air travel. These may not be the absolute best noise cancelling on the market when compared to “over the ear” headphones, but I can honestly say that it is much better than the “Pro version” of my other headphones. The noise cancellation on these is strong enough for most situations, especially considering the price tag.
The JBL Live Buds 3 also deliver fantastic sound quality. Just like other JBL products, these buds boast a rich, bass-forward sound which make them perfect for bass heavy music genres. However, the sound isn't muddy at all. Mids and highs remain clear, ensuring a balanced listening experience.
And for those who crave a touch of serenity, but don’t want to listen to your yoga playlist, the JBL Live Buds 3 also include a “relaxing sounds” feature. Through the app, you can mix and match calming ambient sounds like ocean waves, campfire or nighttime sounds (or a combination of them), further enhancing your relaxation during commutes or while taking a nap. Surprisingly, this was something I found myself using more than I expected, especially when combined with the Active Noise Cancellation. My new nap companions.
Lastly, something that I though would be a gimmick, but found myself using a lot, is the screen on the case. You can control some of the basic features from the case, such as enable or disable noise cancellation, skip to the next song or change the volume on your music. I found myself leaving the case on my desk and controlling my music with the small screen. You can quickly stop the music and turn on the talk-thru settings when someone stops by your desk.
All in all, I am very impressed with these buds. The features, combined with a comfortable fit, make the JBL Live Buds 3 a great choice for anyone seeking a well priced option with both strong noise cancellation and immersive sound.
