I had used this about 3 or 4 times for a few hours each and I am really impressed so far. The sound is awesome, great bass, and the battery has not needed a recharge yet. I have not really cranked it up too loud, but overall, it has surpassed my expectations

Audio is great, but the battery life is nowhere near what they claim. Haven’t even had mine half a year and the speaker lasts maybe 2 hours constant playtime compared to their alleged 18 hours. It’s always had 2-2.5 hour battery life since I got it and it’s aggravating when they claim it can be on constantly for 18 hours but mine doesn’t even make 3. Either my product is faulty or they need to work on how they advertise this product.

the sound is EXCELLENT but I found a detail when I tried to raise and lower the volume from my Samsung smartv when I connect the pathtybox to the smartv via bluetooth and it did not work,,, you can only raise and lower the volume from the speaker directly... I called technical service several times and they did not give their solution,,,I had to return it..I want to raise and lower the volume of the speaker from my smartv when it is connected via bluetooth...let me know when you have resolved this detail.

I'm giving the Partybox Stage 320 5 stars for the kind of technology that obviously went into it, mainly the sound quality. It doesn't top my stereo or maybe it does depending on the listener. It's cool how audiophilic it actually is, especially with an equalizer in the app. I thought that it would be really cool when I decided to buy it, and it really is pretty cool. I can't comment on battery life because I keep it plugged in. Thanks.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Partybox Stage 320 can't be mounted on a wall or a tripod. You may want to check out our JBL Partybox 110 which contains a 36 mm receptacle cup to allow mounting on tripod stands or on a pole over subwoofers. When will the replacement battery be available? I love the 320, battery runs 4 hours with volume at max. I really need an additional battery 🙏🏼

Thank you for your question. Our JBL PartyBox Stage 320 has a maximum playtime of up to 18 hours. Please know that volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Please contact our customer support for further assistance. Also, the batteries will be sold as a part and as a finished good, and the finished goods are estimated to arrive in July.
