I'm giving the Partybox Stage 320 5 stars for the kind of technology that obviously went into it, mainly the sound quality. It doesn't top my stereo or maybe it does depending on the listener. It's cool how audiophilic it actually is, especially with an equalizer in the app. I thought that it would be really cool when I decided to buy it, and it really is pretty cool. I can't comment on battery life because I keep it plugged in. Thanks.

First time I used it at full charge, the battery lasted less than 4 hours. Not ideal, since the description says that the batter lasts up to 14 hours. Otherwise, everything else is awesome.

Thanks for your feedback. It is possible that the battery is losing its capacity. However, it is also possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. You can try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. Have had this JBL speaker about 2 weeks. Love the adjustable equalizer on the app. Speaker sounds loud & clear. Has great bass & lofty highs. Love cranking rock music from this speaker. Light show is an added benefit but secondary to the music quality. Sooo happy I bought it! Love this speaker.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Partybox Stage 320 can't be mounted on a wall or a tripod. You may want to check out our JBL Partybox 110 which contains a 36 mm receptacle cup to allow mounting on tripod stands or on a pole over subwoofers. When will the replacement battery be available? I love the 320, battery runs 4 hours with volume at max. I really need an additional battery 🙏🏼

Thank you for your question. Our JBL PartyBox Stage 320 has a maximum playtime of up to 18 hours. Please know that volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Please contact our customer support for further assistance. Also, the batteries will be sold as a part and as a finished good, and the finished goods are estimated to arrive in July.
