I bought this for my husband, who loves running, and he is very satisfied with it. I ended up buying one more for myself too :) I love it because it doesn’t block my ears completely, yet the sound is still great. We both love this product!

I've had JABRAS, which are a top notch earbuds, and Im just saying, these JBL's sound gear, are a combination of earbuds & JBL Live770NC earphones. Have fun with these JBL's and if you don't have them yet, I highly recommend you go get them!!!

DO NOT ORDER. I received these for my birthday December 2024. By May 2025 the left ear bud wouldn’t charge. Went through the hassle it was to get a replacement and here I am again, in October 2025 because neither ear bud will charge. They also constantly connect to my phone even while in the charging case (closed) which drains the battery so when I go to use them when I need them, they’re dead. I train several days a week and need a reliable pair of headphones and these are NOT IT. 0/10 recommend.

We bought these for my husband for Father's Day. He works construction and is able to listen tousic during the day. The ones that go in his ears hurt after a while. He loves these and says the sound quality is amazing! Very happy with every step from the ordering to delivery to spot on product. JBL is all we ever buy and don't have any reason to stop now.

I bought this product to use at work. (Limousine, charter buses, etc...)
I am very pleased.
I have a high regard for JBL products and this did not disappoint
User friendly. Quality sound.
And nothing stuck in my ear distorting the sounds that I need to hear.
Way to go once again JBL!.

Bought them while back for 150 dollars!they are more like 50 dollar headphones !their app is very poor and basic!while running in winter with hoodie soon as hoodie touches the headphones it beeps and there is no way stopping it even if you choose none from gestures on app or summer if you swear while walking or outside doing yard work !it should have a lock button on app !and yet they didnt somehow think of that!at this price point most other headphones when you take them off and they go to sleep !on this is i believe minimum setting is 30 min!so when you take them off you need to store them in case right away other wise not sure how you really turn them off!overal ok sound quality very poorly designed app !

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
These are not what they advertise. If you are expecting the same level of bass with in ear headphone look else where. They do have a volume that is comparable to in ear, so you get the sound quality without the depth. You can’t feel the music. Retuned mine for open ear swim bone conduction headphones

So I bought these to replace some JBL earbuds that were discontinued. I fully went into these knowing that they were not going to function like my beats earbuds. I fully understand that apple has proprietary tech that allows using their hardware easier. Still I was curious about the out of ear design. After 2 months: The sound is great, the interaction is sketchy. So 1st the controls on the buds is not intuitive. I definitely would prefer a tactile button. 2nd, I like to roll around using only 1 bud. If I select the left bud, I have no option on volume reduction or even turning it off. I have to pull the bud out to get away from it (I find this the most frustrating). And the runner up for frustrating is the pairing. It’s not intuitive on apple devices. Perhaps these will coexist better on androids. I paired them with my ipad for temporary use. Then later in the day went into the yard to do some work. Every time I got near the house they connected to my ipad and told me so. So it was a few hours of listening to this. Eventually coming in to unpair them. Now trying to repair is also cumbersome. Overall, coming from the apple ecosystem. I think these were a mistake for me. I much prefer the way apple product seamlessly pair and move from device to device.

I can't get device to pair to my laptop which is running Windows 11. You would thing it would be seemless????

Thank you for your inquiry. If you are pairing a new source device, enabling Bluetooth on the device is necessary so that it can discover the product. Find the unit on the Bluetooth list and select it. Test it by playing music. If this does not solve the problem, you will need to do a reset and manually re-pair again. To reset JBL Soundgear Sense. When you are on phone A , incoming call from phone B , switch call to phone B . I want to know if the phone A put on hold or turn off

Thank you for your question. We tested our JBL Soundgear Sense and used the multipoint connection feature. When on a call on Phone A, if there is an incoming call on Phone B, the call will not switch; it will remain on Phone A, and the sound from Phone B will go to the speakerphone. The call on Phone A will neither be put on hold nor turned off.

Can it hold 2 conversations on 2 phones at the same time ?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Soundgear Sense can be paired with two devices at the same time through multipoint connection, but it can only play audio or handle calls from one device at a time. You would need to pause or end the activity on one device before switching to the other.
