I’m an owner of a reflect mini headphones the sound is a lot better including a solid quality. The sound gear sense don’t has the same quality of sound. I’m sorry but I’m not recomen it.

I was looking for ear phones that sat outside my ears. I looked at many pairs and liked the shape of these and how they fit around the ear. They are very comfortable and the audio is very clear. The speakers can swing out to make the piece fit snug and then can be adjusted up or down in 3 levels for comfort. JBL has been known for quality for many years and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought these cuz normal earbuds don't stay in well. I read reviews about the volume not being loud enough, but I find it great. I love them they are comfortable.

Love these, I work in restoration and clean, so having these wrap around the ear is good. They are light weight, not an earbud and the sound quality is fantastic. Would suggest these if your highly active.

I've had JABRAS, which are a top notch earbuds, and Im just saying, these JBL's sound gear, are a combination of earbuds & JBL Live770NC earphones. Have fun with these JBL's and if you don't have them yet, I highly recommend you go get them!!!

DO NOT ORDER. I received these for my birthday December 2024. By May 2025 the left ear bud wouldn’t charge. Went through the hassle it was to get a replacement and here I am again, in October 2025 because neither ear bud will charge. They also constantly connect to my phone even while in the charging case (closed) which drains the battery so when I go to use them when I need them, they’re dead. I train several days a week and need a reliable pair of headphones and these are NOT IT. 0/10 recommend.

We bought these for my husband for Father's Day. He works construction and is able to listen tousic during the day. The ones that go in his ears hurt after a while. He loves these and says the sound quality is amazing! Very happy with every step from the ordering to delivery to spot on product. JBL is all we ever buy and don't have any reason to stop now.

Can you call from your earphones without using your cellphone?

Thanks for your question. You can not make or receive calls directly from the JBL Soundgear Sense without a phone. Our earbuds don’t have standalone calling capability, they need to be connected to your phone via Bluetooth to handle calls. However, it can be used for voice commands when connected to your phone. Once paired via Bluetooth, you can activate your phone’s voice assistant (such as Google Assistant or Siri) through the JBL Soundgear Sense to make calls, send messages, or control functions hands-free.

Does it have noise cancellation

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Soundgear Sense does not have active noise cancellation (ANC). Instead, it uses OpenSound technology, an open-ear design that lets sound in and out naturally, so you can still hear your surroundings.

When you are on phone A , incoming call from phone B , switch call to phone B . I want to know if the phone A put on hold or turn off

Thank you for your question. We tested our JBL Soundgear Sense and used the multipoint connection feature. When on a call on Phone A, if there is an incoming call on Phone B, the call will not switch; it will remain on Phone A, and the sound from Phone B will go to the speakerphone. The call on Phone A will neither be put on hold nor turned off.

Can it hold 2 conversations on 2 phones at the same time ?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Soundgear Sense can be paired with two devices at the same time through multipoint connection, but it can only play audio or handle calls from one device at a time. You would need to pause or end the activity on one device before switching to the other.
