Bought refurbished unit after buying my wife new ones. They work identically. Linked up to all my sources flawlessly and allows me to still have phone calls with a simple tap. The sound is great also.

Fell apart quickly

I bought these refurbished. They are very comfortable and fit well. However, they have fallen apart after a few weeks. I don't know if that was just the risk I was taking getting a refurbished pair but its disappointing that they were so short-lived.

Excellent pair of headphones for the price. This is for the 520BT headphones, which aren't necessarily "noise canceling" headphones, but as soon as you put these things on, the world about 85% disappears. I have trouble hearing myself with them on. And sound quality is excellent. The equalizer seems a bit limited in it's ranges (there's a couple preset options that you can mess with and it saves them as subsets to the presets), but I have trouble hearing much difference to each settings, and I have a pretty fair ear and always like to tweak my equalizers to my perfection. Oh, they are also comfortable and stay put, I wore them out in the garden and with light yardwork and they only had to be readjusted a couple times, slight slipping, never fell off. They're comfortable on my ears, I have multiple piercings in each ear and I wear glasses, and they caused me no discomfort to wear over all that for a couple hours at a time. I could definitely see myself as one of those kids that wears headphones all day with these. Plus, the customization of colors was just super cool! Battery life seems excellent, which I am excited about because I hate having to charge things constantly.

Honestly the quality of these headphones aren’t bad and are comfortable but the amount of problems and bugs the headphones have are ridiculous. Sometimes the headphone won’t turn on after hours of charging or sometimes it randomly cuts off while you’re listening to music even when it full charge. While the sound quality is decent the constant problems with the headphones makes them not worth it. There are better headphones to buy from in my opinion

If your JBL headphones are not turning on, we recommend performing a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source. Also, please make sure that your source device and your JBL Tune 520BT are within Bluetooth range (up to 10 meters) to avoid random disconnections. I had been looking at this product for a while and when it went on sale it was a done deal. The sound quality is fantastic for every day use, podcasts, audio-books and music. This is not exactly sound canceling, but it is a great product and I am very happy.

Can these headphones be paired with a television?

However, please know that these headphones are primarily designed for use with phones, tablets, and laptops for streaming audio and music. When used with video content on a TV, you may experience some audio-video delay, as the headphones do not support low-latency codecs.

Can my jbl tune 520bt display charge status on my iPhone

Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune 520BT will not show the charge status on your iPhone. The headphones are designed with LED lights that will show steady red when charging and blinking red light when in low battery. However, you may see the battery percentage on your iPhone.

Some of the specs/controls that these headphones offer are: Playback: Single tap on the right earbud may pause/play, double tap skips to the next track, and triple tap goes back to the previous track. Call Management: Single tap answers a call, double tap hangs up, and tab and hold rejects a call. Voice Assistant: Some models allow activation of voice assistants like Google Assistant with a tap or long press. Customization: The My JBL Headphones app allows users to customize gestures and assign different functions to taps on each earbud. Ambient Sound Control: Some JBL Tune models have ambient sound control, allowing users to choose between Active Noise Cancellation, Ambient Aware, and TalkThrough modes.
