When you use it again, the device will remember the last setting you selected (Noise Cancelling, Ambient Aware, or Off). Please avoid touching the tap buttons while wearing the earbuds to prevent unintended setting changes. We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Vibe Beam 2 TWS. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). We also recommend cleaning the earbuds with a cotton swab of alcohol. How do I turn Noise caniOFF?
Thanks for your question. To turn off Noise Cancelling on our JBL Vibe Beam 2, simply tap once on the left earbud to switch between Noise Cancelling and Ambient Aware. You can also customize and enable advanced controls by connecting your earbuds to the JBL Headphones app.

Do you have any smaller ear pieces for the ear bud? I have very small ear and the smallest size that mine came with are still to big and won’t stay in my ears

Do the Vibe Beam 2 have automatic wind reduction during ANC mode? When I mow my lawn outside, my Vibe Beam 2 automatically turn off ANC during seemingly random times.
Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 does not have an automatic wind reduction feature in ANC mode. It’s possible that the touch control was accidentally triggered, switching the earbuds to Ambient Aware mode. You may also try to reset your earbuds. To do this, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact us.

Does it filter out my ambient sounds like traffic when I'm on the phone with people? I don't want them to hear the traffic just my voice.
Thanks for your question. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 does not have noise suppression or a “zero noise for perfect calls” feature that reduces surrounding sounds during a phone call. This feature is available on our earbuds such as the JBL Live Pro 2 TWS, JBL Reflect Aero, JBL Tour Pro 2, and JBL Tour Pro 3.

Yes, you can adjust the volume with the earbuds of our JBL Vibe Beam 2. By default, the gestures set on the earbuds are for playback control. We recommend connecting it to our JBL Headphones App to customize the gesture control on the earbuds. After pairing the headphones to your phone, open the app to connect it as well. Tap the product on the screen and go to "Gestures". Select the earbud where you want to customize the gesture.
